"As a yoga and creativity teacher and a mum, and always having loved to work with children, one of the things I'm most dedicated to now is sharing yoga and meditation with young people. There's never been a more important time for children and young adults to discover the empowering joy and peace of yoga, movement and mindfulness."

Jessica is fully Garda Vetted and a certified Childrens and Teens Yoga Practitioner. She has many years of experience teaching young people in schools and other settings, and has completed Yoga Alliance certified training in Trauma Informed Children's Yoga. She has completed Teacher Artist Partnership Training through the Department of Education and currently has residencies in primary and secondary schools throughout Cork and Dublin. 

As well as yoga and meditation, Jessica also teaches creativity and music workshops nationwide to school groups of all ages.
